The problem is with file settings

there is this error

The directory ./sites/default/files/tmp is not writable

but I suspect that this is not the correct directory for C4C but is shared by all the drupal sites hosted by NCF.

is there a ./sites/C4C/files/tmp directory in the file system?

This is/was also causing trouble for the inventory
