[C4C-tech] Is it time to go to Ubuntu 12.04LTS

Of course, the answer is "yes". I am just starting to upgrade some of my home systems and will suggest that we start using 12.04LTS on future installs. I currently only have one C4C computer to work on and it's a fairly powerful one so shouldn't have a problem. I think I'll start by simply doing an upgrade on the existing C4C image that I have for 10.04LTS so all the desktop mods carry forward.
