In fact, they suggest waiting for the first update due in July. They
say "It is generally recommended that users of Ubuntu 10.04 LTS wait
until the first point release, due in July, before upgrading."

If you want to update earlier run "update-manager -d" otherwise the
upgrade option won't show up.
I just tried this on my test machine and it complained that my video
card does not meet the specs.
