Dear All
Please find attached a table of what is required, at a minimum, in terms of
information used by a billing system to correctly be able to rate and assign
calls when a variety of communications systems are involved as for instance
Satcom, HF Radio etc.
To enable proper billing by the international exchange this needs to be
taken into account.
I would therefore like to propose we consider this format.
Kind regards

It has been brought to my attention that the dress code for the first day of
the meeting (Wednesday) should be business dress (i.e. sport coat and tie),
with the following two days being the more relaxed business casual. I
apologise for the late notice, and hope to see you in Paris..
Regards,
Sam.

Sam
Many thanks for your hard work putting this together. However, events have overtaken me, especially the preparations for the upcoming IMSO Assembly, and I shall not now be able to travel to Paris for the meeting. I wish you all success and look forward to seeing the result of your labours.
