[Ccglrit-gcclrit] WG3 LRIT communications within the LRIT network

Dear Colleagues, I have taken a first cut at producing a draft version of the technical specification for communication within the LRIT network (item #3 in the terms of reference for the LRIT performance standards). Please review and provide feed back via e-mail as well as at our next meeting. I look forward to receiving comments on the content of the material as well as input on other items or details that we should add to the document. P.S.
