I just wanted to confirm the meeting dates for the next set of the "ad hoc Working Group on Engineering Aspects of LRIT" meetings. The updated schedule for the LRIT meetings are as follows:

• Ad hoc Working Group on Engineering Aspects of LRIT Meeting #5: May 9-12 (Wednesday - Saturday) in Malta
• Ad hoc Working Group on Engineering Aspects of LRIT Meeting #6: June 12-14 (Tuesday - Thursday) Hamburg, Germany
• MSC Intersessional Meeting on LRIT: The IMO Secretariate is trying to scedhule this meeting. It should be either the end of June or the beginning of July, and will probably be held in London.
• Ad hoc Working Group on Engineering Aspects of LRIT Meeting #7: Possible July 10, 11, 12 at IMO temporary HQ, London. This will only be a small group less than 10 people, its composition will be determined at Meeting #6.

The IMO Secretariate will be sending out a circular formally announcing the meetings in Malta and Germany this week. The Ad hoc Working Group on Engineering Aspects of LRIT must report to MSC 83 in October, therefore we have to submit our report in mid July.
