Hamburg meeting of Ad Hoc WG on Engineering Aspects of LRIT— June 12-14

Meeting details:

Attached is a document providing further details on the meeting venue, a list of possible hotels and transport for the June meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group, which BSH has kindly offered to host June 12 – 14 in Hamburg.

Please note that some meeting participants may need invitation letters in order to obtain their Visa.

Intersessional meeting of an MSC WG on LRIT — July 9-13

I’ve been advised that the Intersessional meeting of an MSC Working Group on Long-range identification and tracking of ships (MSC/ISWG/LRIT) will be held from Monday, 9 to Friday, 13 July 2007 at the International Coffee Organization, 22 Berners Street, London W1T 3DD, United Kingdom. 

The meeting will commence at 9.30 a.m. on Monday, 9 July 2007 and is expected to end on Friday, 13 July 2007.   The meeting will be conducted in English without interpretation.

IMO has indicated that Circular letter No.2787 should be out shortly providing confirmation and details.
