Dear All
 
Please find attached a table of what is required, at a minimum, in terms of information used by a billing system to correctly be able to rate and assign calls when a variety of communications systems are involved as for instance Satcom, HF Radio etc.
To enable proper billing by the international exchange this needs to be taken into account.
 
I would therefore like to propose we consider this format.
