Good morning all,

I wasnīt able to attend the Vancouver meeting but have read the working papers (thanks Bill). I may have misunderstood what I read and I donīt have the full picture but still, I would like to make a few comments. (Perhaps this is alreaddy discussed and irrelevant now.)

- Although the group not is supposed to deal with economy I think that to the list of functionality of the DC must be added the ability to produce the nessecary information for billing. It is mentioned that producing billing information is a function of IDE but the IDE will not have the complete picture. It is quite possible that LRIT information recieved by a DC is requested directly from that DC, without passing the IDE.

- A general Error message is proposed. I think that it is valuable if the resaon for not delivering the requested information is indicated as clear as possible. The error message should include a code specifying "type of error".

- In the notes is it mentioned that "It was the position of the chair of COMSAR that SAR can request pre-existing - not new - information". As I recall the discussions at COMSAR that is not quite correct and I checked with Urban Hallberg (chair of COMSAR). I think he is aware of that there was some confusion but says that he had tried to make it clear that there may be a need for "new information" as well.

Best regards
