Good luck on the Niagara MS ride.  I have a colleague from London who is also riding.  Her name is Tracy Shepperd and she is from London.  Say hi for me if you see her and tell her not to be afraid of the hills.... she had a pic up on the MS web site or on my facebook.  There's only 650 in this one I'm sure you will know the all personally by the end of the ride.
