I've just thrown the idea of this Fund Raiser at work and got about %25 of the staff show interest on attending...

The thing also is I wonder if we can sell tickets at the door also for when people walk in...
You never know who would show up at the last minutes :-P

Subject: [CKcycle] MS Fund Raising

Hi Guys:

Talked to Boston Pizza in regards to a fundraising event.  This is how it works.
It's called a Booster Night

Boston Pizza had 100-120 tickets printed up at a cost to us of $30.  Tickets are for an all you can eat pasta/ pizza etc night at Boston Pizza.

We need to decided what night of the week.  It needs to be a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night

Tickets can be sold for $20 of which we receive $10 back.
Therefore if we sell all 120 tickets we raise $1200 for MS Tour

I will need to call and book this but before I do I'd like to hear any comments or questions that you may have.  I'd also like a poll o what night of the week is best.  I'm thinking a monday night since there are rides Tuesdays and Wednesdays but don't want to assume anything  so please give me your ideas.

Thanks

Ann
