This is a good deal. The basic Can-bike for adults usually runs 12 hours and costs about $80. Can-bike 2 which would be the one suitable for more experienced riders runs 18 hours and over $100. Whatever we get for free is a good deal.

Hi Guys

We had a Chi Running workshop at Competitive Edge today. It was a very informative and funday to say the least.  Anyway... just making a long story short.  The Chi instructor is also a CAN-Bike instructor.  He is willing to come down to Chatham and do a CAN-Bike Workshop for us free of charge.  FREE ...Really like that price. Anyway Shereen and I are going to try and set up a workshop time for a Wednesday night with him.  Workshop would focus on road safety mostly and would involve a short ride as well.  If you are intersted in attending please let me know so we can give the Instructor an idea of numbers.  It will most likely be within the nest 2 to 3 weeks given the Insturctor busy schedule.

Anyway..... great opportunity.  We need to thank Shereen for bring him down for The Chi Running Workshop.
