Hey everyone,

 

Well the Sample Sizing Jerseys are in and at Smith Cycle. (We have them till the 4^th of September)

181 Thames Street (Corner of Thames & Chatham)

The Jerseys are the ProFIT Type and range in sizes (XS, SM, LG, XL, 2XL)

We do not have any shorts to try for sanitary reasons but I did manage to get the Chamois that would be in them. http://bikeatac.com/ordering/chamois.html

 

NOTE: The material is of EXCELENT QUALITY & same with the CHAMOIS

It is VERY important to let me know the actual numbers of what you would like as the price will vary based on quantity.

-          Jersey & Shorts (No splitting due sponsors are covering % of our total cost)

-          SkinSuit

-          Triathlon Suit

 

Now the reason for doing  it this way is due to the calculation of the Sponsorship Cost. If they end up paying too much, we might lose them.

 

We are aiming that the riders pays (Jersey & Shorts $40 / Skinsuits $50 / Trisuits $50) rest of the cost is divided between our Sponsors.

Costs to them is based on specific % of the quote I received from Atac Sportswear, (30 sets of Jersey and shorts / 5 Skinsuits / 5 Trisuits)

** We are missing 1 Sponsor for the far right pocket. Needs to be a Chatham Local Business. **

 

Here is a quick example of what the shirts would look like.. I know I know I am missing some sponsors but it was from my first draft…

 

 

Before we can proceed with the order All Sponsors will  need to agree on their cost, so the more units we have of each the lower the cost per unit it will be to them.

If it’s too much our cost could be going up per rider to balance it out… Don’t want that…

 

NOTE I called Atac Sportswear to get an approx shipping cost and was told for 70 pieces it would be $85. Also I was provided some extra good news that our costs would be lowered if we reach 70 pieces.

 

So please do not forget to let me know what you are interested on getting. Matt is taking care of the ones that are NOT on this mailing list.

Money will be required prior to us placing the order. The tentative Order Date is for September 4^th 2009.

 

FYI We are looking at about 6 to 8 weeks for the order to be completed and in your hands.
