No.. Just sell the tickets. I will be calling tonight to speak with the other manager who books the events and will check to make sure that there aren't any other obligations.

Sounds easy enough eh. But I will make sure.

Hi Guys:

Talked to Boston Pizza in regards to a fundraising event. This is how it works.

It's called a Booster Night

Boston Pizza had 100-120 tickets printed up at a cost to us of $30. Tickets are for an all you can eat pasta/ pizza etc night at Boston Pizza.

We need to decided what night of the week. It needs to be a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night

Tickets can be sold for $20 of which we receive $10 back.

Therefore if we sell all 120 tickets we raise $1200 for MS Tour

I will need to call and book this but before I do I'd like to hear any comments or questions that you may have. I'd also like a poll o what night of the week is best. I'm thinking a monday night since there are rides Tuesdays and Wednesdays but don't want to assume anything so please give me your ideas.
