Hey Everyone,
Great job on getting your orders… or even better getting
the ones for others that you meet on a regular basis…
The only ones left are the following…
Dan Couchette (I recall he works at the steel plant on Park Ave)
Patty Croft (She does not look at her email often J ) (Getting it
tonight)
Tanya Koneckeny (Walle or Donna might know a way to contact her)
Dick Hains
Mark Armstrong (Matt or I have no idea who this person is…
he just called into Smith and got added to the list) (Jen
Laevens taking care of this one)
John Turnbull (Doctor) (Jen Laevens taking care of this
one)
Josette DeBrouwer (Jen Laevens taking care of this
one)
Susan Nuttall (Supposedly she also is known by Walle and Donna)
If you know any from above and see them today, let them know I
have their order here at the TSI office. I just need a quick email or a call to
make pick up arrangements.
Matt stated that arrangements can be done for a pick up over at
Smith Cycle also but this will need to be coordinated with the both of us.
This shall be the last email I post to the group on getting
people to come and get their Riding Gear.
After the Silence Ride tonight, whatever is left here in the
office will be brought home and packed away in my closet. If after 2 weeks I do
not hear anything from the ones listed above, thinking of putting their gear up
for auction as a fund raiser towards the MS Ride that some of us are participating
in and they will be refunded once I do hear from them.
This should be ample amount of time to get in contact with me…
** Today my shift is from 7:30am till 3pm. I am able to bring
some gear with me for this evening ride. **

Subject: RE: [CKcycle] NOTE The Jerseys are to be in tomorrow :-)
Sorry Andrew but I can not incur additional
cost on shipping them to the riders. All I can do is make my self
available for the riders to pick them up.
I shall make myself available again tonight (Tuesday May
18th)
5:30pm - 6:30pm @ Smith Cycle for the Tuesday Group
Riders
6:45pm till 8:30 @ at the TekSavvy Office (Yes I am
canceling my ride that I was going to do with the Tuesday Group for the Jersey
Order)
After this date, arrangements for a pick up can be done by
communicating with me but my availability might be sparse as I need to devote
time to myself also...
NOTE: Ann offered to assist as she is still off till the start of
June, meaning if you can't pop in during my availability see with her if
anything can be arranged.
We might also be able to make a arrangement to have your
order waiting at Smith Cycle for you if Todd permits this.
All the Jersey/Short orders are ready, bag up with everyone's name
on it. So it take very little amount of time to just pop in and the order
is handed over...
You are certainly welcome to stop by the TekSavvy Office
tomorrow during the day while I am there 7:30am till 5pm but might
have to wait a bit if I am stuck with a customer.
[Just ask Brad/Kate Blonde, Randy Perdu or Vic Beacock
on how CRAZY it can get in this office... you'll understand as to why you might
have to wait a bit :-) ]
Here are the ones that need to stop by and pick up their order....
If you recognize any one, PLS contact them and remind them the order is
ready and they need to stop by as all I can depend on is this mailing list
to communicate with everyone.

Prime example... lets use Jen Laevens... Think you work with Karen
Deason.... Maybe pickup her order or vice versa as you both work in the same
complex if I recall :-)
Also I have scoured my deleted folder for some email addresses of
people on the order list... Got a few so they are being added to the BCC
list just encase...
Sorry if you get this email twice, sorry as I was not certain
if you are on the mailing list or not.
Bottom line is I need to see a sign of life from people as I don't
want to be trying to distribute your orders till there is no end. I have
devoted lots of my personal time on this project but the riding season is now
upon us and rather be on my bike then waiting in at a location for
hours on end with little or no one showing up. It's just not pleasant.
Cheers and good night (1:40am YAWN)...
Daniel
