CONSTRUCTIVE POINTS<br><br>1.&nbsp; Novice Tournament<br>2.&nbsp; Worlds Selection<br>3.&nbsp; CUSIDnet<br><br>1.&nbsp; The Novice Tournament will be held this year in Toronto by the Hart House Debates Club.&nbsp; As usual, novices are recommended to attend.&nbsp; As we will be finalizing arrangements soon, all novices that are interested in attending Novices please email the executive at 
<a href="mailto:exec@carletondebate.org">exec@carletondebate.org</a>.&nbsp; If you're interested in debating at Novices but haven't been able to come out to meetings or Novice Training Day, email the exec anyways!&nbsp; We'll try to take everyone that we can.&nbsp; The tournament is from September 22nd until the 24th.
