I wanted to let you know that I have made some easy agendas that can be emailed or sent by regular mail which consists of one page for the professional conference and one for the patient conference.  If you would like me to send those to you by attachment, please let me know.  If you would like me to send you copies by mail, just give me your name and mailing address and I will be glad to do so.
