I would like to appeal to you for your help.  As you know, the National ME/FM Action Network will be hosting the IACFS/ME research and clinical conference from September 22^nd to 25^th, 2011 in Ottawa.  This is a four-day medical conference with workshops and meetings performed by expert researchers and professionals.  There will also be a one-day patient conference on September 22^nd.

Please consider making a donation towards this most important event.  This is the first time a conference of this magnitude for ME/CFS has been held in Canada and the first time Fibromyalgia has been given prominence in this conference which also includes related illnesses.   With all the exciting research going on, the timing of this conference is excellent.

May I suggest you ask your family and friends to help and give just $5.00 and those who run a support group to do the same and together we can make this a conference to remember.
