March is a time of awakening from a long winter sleep here, birds return and we hear their song.   You don't realize they are gone until you hear them again.   I have started making corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, carrots, etc...and irish soda bread for St. Patrick's.   That wasn't a tradition for me growing up.   My Dad actually tested to be 43% Irish with Ancestry, we thought he was Welsh.   LOL...

Best wishes for a Happy St. Patrick's Day on the 17th and Happy first day of Spring on the 20th!!!

Can't wait...this winter has been too long
