Unfortunately, there is not anything I can do about my (or OLG's) email going to the spam/junk folder. It's not just with you. That is why I have been working on the roll call so that I can contact the sisters that do not respond in case they are not checking their spam. Some sisters are not getting my emails to OLG at all. Only thing I can think of is that they need to check their junk filters. I have blind copied those I know of in this email.
A lot of your messages to OLG have photos or GIFS in them. The new server does not let those go through automatically. Vicki and I, as administrators, are notified that they are being held for that reason. One of us then goes to the server and approves the message to go through to OLG.
Another change with the new server is that if you click "reply" on a message, it goes ONLY to the person that sent the email to OLG. If you want the reply to go to the mailing list, you have to click "reply to all" for the address olg@lists.ncf.ca to show up in the TO: box. That is why I try to remember to add the reminder to "REPLY TO ALL" in my emails. I contacted the people that are hosting our list to get that changed but did not get an answer. That is the way all the groups they host are handled to prevent server overload.
I realize at times that this can be frustrating but I am hoping we will get used to our mail being this way. All the other options for hosting our list were rather costly.
