If you grow garlic, you have to cut the shoots that produce seeds off at some point - these are called garlicscapes, sort of a courser, garlicy green onion. So, I have just cut my garlic seed shoots off and have a basket of garlicscapes. I usually chop some to put in the freezer for soups and stews in the winter, but can't possibly use them all.
If anyone on this list is interested in a bag full of fresh garlicscapes, let me know. They keep will so I will have them available till Wednesday afternoon.
