I think we'd all have fewer emails if folks didn't hit 'reply all'. ý Just hit 'reply'. 
Also, to the list manager, put the list in the BCC rather than CC and then people can actually NOT reply all. That list remains hidden. I trust this will solve the issue and then I am happy to remain on the list.
