Vert concise and supportable. My own analysis of WSIS + 20 dialogue makes me aware that
the critical issue of differentiating carriage from content is being ignored. And
therefore the fact that the “technical community” isn’t just another multi stakeholder
user group in the spectrum of open systems of public participation isn’t being accepted.
