Finally, a version I feel okay to send out. The people who contributed to these comments last year might want to take a look at their sections and see if I interpreted their comments correctly. Even at the final product of 11 pages, I had to do a lot of editing. But will be happy to make any adjustments requested

It was a long job, and maybe no one will read it. But I find it very interesting, to see how our community is involved in so many different ways in their areas of influence.
