Hello advisors. I am calling the AGM on Thursday Dec. 12, at 4pm EST. I
hope that some of you who did not pick this slot might have some
flexibility and be able to tune in for some of the call. You will
receive a zoom link from Garth Graham. I will send out the minutes of
last year's call and an agenda in the next couple of days.
As our filing deadline is Dec. 13, this means I can actually file the
next day and we will be all clear for another year. Thanks to those of
you who agreed to be on the board of directors list.
