[Tcadvisors] Action request: CIGF topics by April 16

Hi Advisors. As you know I am on the steering committee the Canadian Internet Governance Forum. The community is asked to submit topics for discussion at this year's meeting (Nov. 13). The link below opens a google.doc form with some topic suggestions. You are asked to indicate your interest. It would be great to have some input from our community.
