The project is a partnership between National Capital FreeNet, CIRA,
Ottawa Community Housing and Hiboo networks (Ottawa Hydro) and goes a long
way towards bridging the digital divide for people especially in need. It's
a 10-minute video, but well worth watching to the end. This model can be
replicated just about anywhere.
