[Ccglrit-gcclrit] Proposed items for the LRIT Tests

Hi, I have been quite busy the last few weeks after the LRIT meeting in Paris, as I am sure is the case for all you, - and the 15th is now long passed. I have written down my immediate thoughts for the LRIT tests including some issues related to the Request for Proposal.
