CKCCG Jersey/Short Swag Order

I want to let everyone know that we are not taking anymore requests as
the next step is bringing forth the amount to the sponsors and see if
they are still interested in supporting us.
With the current numbers, our Total cost will around 7 thousand
dollars... If the amount becomes too much there will be no chance of
this project taking off.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Just writing to remind everyone that we do have Sunday Morning Rides
available if you can't make it out to our Tuesday & Wednesday evening
rides.
Sunday Morning Leisure ride with Breakfast Stop:
This group is strictly for casual rides.
Average speeds: 23+ km/hr reaching speeds at times of 29+ km/hr
Distances of Rides: 50 to 60KM's
Meet up Location and Time: Every Sunday's 8am @ Competitive Edge Health
and Fitness, 80 Keil Drive S, Chatham ON
** Bring $10 cash as not all places except debit **
We plan to return for 12 noon.
For those that are wondering what activities will be available this
winter once we can't ride no more, there is the following.
Curling: As of October 10th there is a Open Door at the Curling Club on
Colborne St. beside RONA every Fridays. Fee $10 (See Patty Croft or Brad
Blonde [Wed Group Riders] for more info)
Competitive Edge Spin Classes: Not sure of the Schedule but they have
offered us some great 3 & 6 month membership rates.
- 3 Months $110 + GST= $115.50 plus $30 for the Key Tag
- 6 months $199 + GST =208.95 Plus $30 for the Key Tag
- They also have available 10X Walking cards for $40
- One day entry pass $10
Ann Mckenzie is also available for hire as a personal trainer to help

Dan, If it's not too late, could you please add to Dave's order (new guy from last night) He needs 1 set , shirt and shorts in MEDIUM.
Also, could I change MY order for shorts and make them MEDIUM instead of large. Large might be a bit too loose for me. It's hard to say as I'm borderline on size, but without seeing them, it's "best guess"

I'm upping my order. I had Matt put me down for 1 shirt, 43" , large and 1 shorts, large, 34 ". These are for me.
Add to that 1 large shirt, 1 Med shirt, 2 Med shorts This equals 3 stets if I did my math right, all classic fit if I remember what Matt told me
The extras are for Derek Hime and Dave Hime (you met Derek before on a Wed night ride.)
I have been too busy to get out the last couple of weeks and won't be able to go on Sunday either. Let me know if there is a ride for next Wednesday.

Well the samples are on their way back to Atac Sportswear.
If you missed out on trying out the Samples I was told by Matt @ Smith that the sizing chart sizes are really accurate.

From the list I got @ Smith I have no quantities which would play a factor on the numbers and cost of the order. Can everyone please let me know.
For the numbers, the goal is to get 30 combined sets of Jersey/Shorts and or Skinsuit and or Tri Suit
We current have 22 Jerseys / 19 shorts / 4 Skinsuits (23 sets + 3extra Jerseys) Smith Cycle will get a few to display in Store and for resale.
(I can only presume everyone only want 1piece of what they requested from Matt's list unless they told me otherwise)
We will need to get them numbers up a tad so don't be shy let your friends and family know.
I can only approach the sponsors with a cost once we have confirmed numbers
A quick reminder on the cost for the rider that we are aiming for is;
- Jerseys $20
- Shorts $20
- Skinsuits $50
- TriSuits $50
I will also need everyone's help... I do not know everyone on Matt's list and some are not on our Mailing List.
If you recognize someone and they are not on this list, can you ask them to contact me by email and let me know their quantities.
It would be greatly appreciated.
