Sorry Dan, that is not correct. In order for us to participate as in international
location our ride has to happen around 7 pm. So we will have "registration"
(just need everyone to sign in so we can count the riders) at maybe 6 pm with the ride
starting at 6:30 pm for about an hour. The later time is to accommodate additional riders
and gather at the designated area.
This will be a slow and silent ride and will include members of the community that want to
come out and join us. I'll be able to send more details soon once I confirm if we can
use the Union Gas parking lot.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll try to keep you all in the loop as
I confirm details.

I came across this website from a friend. Do you think we could sign up to be a
"Ride of Silence" location? I could help by letting the media know but I need
another rider to help me with some logistics. It is FREE to ride, participate etc.
It's a peaceful and slow ride around the community in support of riders who have died
or been injured. We would need to decide on a starting location... I was thinking either
the Competitive Edge or Union Gas parking lot (just over the bridge). Then we have to
decide on a route. I will contact the media to ensure we get coverage and radio
announcements why we are riding slowly in a big group etc.
