Here is a little read up..

Count me in for a Wednesday night ride with the 1 hour of sunlight. I
haven’t even used my bike trainer this winter because I don’t know how to
change my back tire (don’t want to wreck my new tire on the trainer)… Can
someone do a tire changing session this spring? I’d be willing to pay a few
bucks to learn how to do this so I know what tools to buy.

Hey who has a sunset calendar. I say the first wednesday we have an hour
of light we hit the bridge and back. Not that I'm anxious or anything.
Or... maybe a Sunday morning breakfast ride. Maybe something a little
shorter that Ridgetown for our first outing LOL. Let me now what you guys
think. We'll set a date. I'll get everyone riled up to to.

Guys, we* ALL* need to step up and pay up if we want this riding gear
which will be a great deal. Most of us have expressed *serious interest*and really, 40 or
50 bucks (or whatever it ends up being ) for a set of
riding gear is nothing compared with what it would cost at a store. We do
*NOT* want to leave the responsibility to Dan, we all need to be
responsible for our own orders and get the money to Dan or whoever is
collecting *WHEN ASKED* !
Sorry if I'm a bit strong here, but a lot of people have worked hard to get
this together. Now it's our turn to help out. Besides, won't we all look
great riding together !!!!
Geoff.

That is true guy's that I asked for your info prior and did not want the $$
right away. Issue is very few actually responded... So I had no way to get
the $$ from them.
I'm sorry but I would not go a place an order for the clothing (a few
thousand dollars worth of it) when there is few people that responded with
their info so I can get payment.
I do not want to be stuck paying the bill as this is Not for Profit thing..
meaning what is paid for is what we get.
Now I know that Matt has collected some and listed at the store. So we will
be going over the list of who had shown interest and proceed from there.
The response time/date to place the order will be firm this time as this
needs to move forward.... From this point that is when the quote will be
done.
I do not wish to be come a collection agent, nor is it fair to impose this
on anyone. Sorry if this email seems a little harsh but trust me I do want
to move ahead with this but not willing to put my self in a situation where
I get stuck with the bill.

I was told the same thing about the money and it has been some time since I

It sounds like enough people are interested.

Dan, I offered money some time ago, but you told me that you would let
me know when you need it. I have not heard from you since. I realize you've
been pre-occupied with your stomach problem, so I was not concerned. If you
need my money for the 4 sets I have on order (myself and friends), just let
me know.
Thanks,
Geoff.

Nothing has been order yet as I only got less the 5% of peoples info to get
$$ off them.
I was talking to Matt last week and we will be revisiting this real soon.
Seems people just did not want to respond when it was time to give the info
to pay up.. Maybe cause it was near the end of the season... who knows.
I still have all the info but will need to revisit the quote with Atac
Sports Wear + the potential sponsors.
Personly my bike is getting it's spring tune up this Monday in Ottawa plus
training real hard for may 1st race. So no excuse to not start getting your
self in shape. :-)

Just wondering what is going on with the riding gear?
Any word on when it will be in?
Hope everyone is having a good winter.
Can't wait till the roads are clean so we can start riding outside.
