What about education for cyclists as well. I had 2 blow a stop sign on Richmond as I was coming in to work today. I was already at the intersection, if I had not hit the brake they would not have made it across the street. These were adults not young kids. Education for all, may help. I am sure that we have all experienced situations like this. It is no wonder that some drivers feel that cyclists do not belong on the road, especially when they don't follow the rules of the road.
