I love St. Patrick’s Day as it’s my Mom’s birthday! She will be 93 this
year. Three years ago we had a party of over 50 people for her 90th
birthday. People came from all over to Florida to have a wonderful
celebration. Cousins that I haven’t seen in years came to see her. My Mom
has outlived my Dad, her 2 siblings and 5 sister in laws! She is in great
health and her mind is amazingly sharp! I was hoping to celebrate with my
Mom this year on her birthday but my health issues has delayed our RV trip
and retirement.
A sister in my SC chapter always had her house totally green for the
meeting in March as she is definitely Irish! I miss those meetings!
Happy March to everyone! Wear green or get pinched on the 17th!
