Passing of Linda Fisher

Passing this on. I remember Linda from our 2018 gathering. She seemed so vibrant. I know she’s been ill. Certainly didn’t expect this. Sympathies to her family. Gail2 NC

HAPPY DAYS are here again. I got OLG mail. I know ...but for this old lady it’s a big deal.
Another biggie here in Parkway village Retirement Community 98% of independent living have had their vaccine. That is 180+ people. So come March first they are opening everything but the dinning room. That means beauty shop!! Better get out that book on how to be a lady in public. Lol😇

Our new addition

Hello, As some may know we had to put our Old English Sheepdog, Sophie down as she could no longer walk. Her knees were shot and they could do joint replacement on a 12 year old dog. She is sorely missed. We did manage to get another OES, puppy. She is now 9 weeks old. Also has the sharpest teeth. Phil hands are lacerated with playing with her. I told to him to get his leather gloves on first. I am sending a photo of her to Pat Phillips to see if it can be sent to all. Hope it goes through...Hugs, Kitt

I've been giving this some thought, Valentines Day is the logical choice, I of course still believe in all the romantic stuff that goes with it but I think we've lost track of the original idea behind it, a day for lovers a time for two people to give each other a little extra thought and time. I know we like to include everyone and let them know their special that we love them but were making it so that it just becoming to commercial. I love showing my husband how special he is to me. Sorry, for not being very active. I just found all of your correspondence has been going to my spam. Sorry!! I am present.I am in San Angelo, Tx. No land Chapter. I will be here until the end of April. My daughter and son-in-law are gate guarding here. My daughter has had colon cancer. When I leave here I will be going back to Huntsville, Al where my son and daughter -in-law live.
