I love St. Pat's day. When we were younger, we dressed in all green and went to bar
fir dinner and green beer. We don't do that now, but we always have Irish food.
This year, I bought Kerrygold cheese and butter. Instead of corned beef and cabbage (we
will have another day) I'm going to make Shepard's pie with ground lamb. I'm
also going to try making soda bread.
I also have Jamison Irish Whisky. I've never splurged for that before, but I turn 60
this year and I want to celebrate a bit. LolAlso bought stout Guinness so we are ready to
go!
