This is not on any Federal Government agenda, and wasn’t really addressed in the last CIRA hosted Canadian Internet Governance Forum (CIGF). I think that forming a coalition of individuals and organizations recognizing and advancing this as a significant Canadian public policy issue is a task that fits with TC’s mandate.
