It's all about education before any bike racks.

All great ideas. Perhaps this is something the group can work on throughout the winter and
have a ad campaign blitz in early spring to make drivers and riders aware before the
weather improves and there are accidents.
Thoughts anyone? Volunteers? I will be happy to help in any way I can.
