There are some issues with our mail server as I am not able to approve my own message with a picture going out to OLG. My guru is checking into the lack of service on the server's site. I have also found that some members are still unaware their messages may be going to spam. Please respond to this message in order for me to figure out out who is missing.

Hi Dell and all,
I have no idea how many have responded to the program as you did not tell them to reply to all. That is how the messages need to be done now with the new server. I am assuming the replies came to you without OLG seeing them. We need to remember to check the TO box in our emails to be sure they are going to OLG and not just the person that sent them.
You are getting that message about approval since you are putting the pictures in your emails. Again, new server thing, since it does not process pictures or gifs without admin approval. Once I (or Vicki) am notified by the server, we approve them when we see the message. If a member does reply to the list without taking your pics out, we have to approve those messages also.
I have again contacted our server attempting to get changes done so that OLG can email like they used to. In the meantime, I guess we all need to learn the new way. Don't know why my messages are not going through to a few members. I have blind copied some that I am aware of. So strange.
I recommend everyone check their spam folders for OLG mail and to add olg(a)lists.ncf.ca to their address book.
