[Ottawamusicians] Jazzworks jam Oct 15

Members of the steering group of the Ottawa jazz Musicians' Co-operative will serve as the house band for the Jazzworks jam to take place on Thursday,October 15 at 8 pm at the Carleton Tavern at the corner of Armstrong Street and Parkdale Avenue in Hintonburg. The band includes: Howard Tweddle--bass Bernard Stépien--tenor sax and button accordion John Garaham--alto and soprano saxes Helen Gover and Michel Martin--vocals, with special guests Marylise Chauvette on piano and Bob Primeau on drums. Of course,the house band's set will be followed by the usual jam session. Michel Martin
