Thanks! Ottawa corporate rockers success! Earlier this year, BTI Systems--an Ottawa-based high tech company--entered a band in the “FORTUNE Battle of the Corporate Bands” contest. This annual event (this year marks the 10th edition) features the very best corporate bands in North America. It was a great achievement to be named as one of the eight entrants in the eastern final, but Pete Dale and Dealmakers did not rest on their laurels. They competed against some highly talented bands at BB King’s in Nashville in June, and managed to win a spot into the finals that will happen in early October at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. They were also honoured as being the first Canadian band to make it that far, so we are very proud of their achievement!
