The Grand opening and Official Ribbon Cutting is Wednesday, October 27 at Beacon Heights, 2201 Montreal Road in Ottawa. The Celebration begins at 11:00 a.m. and the ceremony concludes at 12 p.m. Lunch is served from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. and for that hour I would like jazz to be played.
