Bass Line Electric Jam Change
by Bluesandjazzguy
28 Feb 2009
This is just to let musicians on this list who normally take part in Bass Line Station's electric
jam know that beginning 3 March the jam will be on Tuesdays rather than on Thursdays.
Thursdays, there will be a variety of acts in future instead of the jam according to Bass Line
Station management.

DIY Listing Process Reminder
by Bluesandjazzguy
Just a reminder for existing and potential users of how to list gigs
to the Ottawa Blues, Jazz & Swing Guide calendar.
I normally suggest that users keep this process in a "Gig Listing"
folder in whatever e-mail service they use so it will be handy as
a reminder of the process.
The process is appended below.
Jim Roy
Ottawa Blues, Jazz & Swing Guide
Phone: (613) 829-3725 www.ottawabluesjazz.ca
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIY Listing Process:
Just Click www.localendar.com.
Then, enter 'mygig' in the User ID and 'giglist' as the password.
This will access the schedule for the current month. On that page you can
add gigs for either the current or future months.
You can move to the next or other months using the right arrow. This allows you
to see what upcoming gigs are listed for you and to adjust them if necessary.
The link below gives a more graphic illustration to using this service that
should help you work with it for your listings:
