Our letter carrier, Tina Guenette, is being laid off this week after serving us with a friendly smile for four years. I thought we should try to rally some support for her, and each leave a tiny token in an envelope for her in our mailboxes to ease the transition.
I am not sure when her last day is, but it could be as early as this week. (I think she said she might be gone by the 16th) Can we all aim for Wednesday to be safe?
Think of how much fun she will have finding cards addressed to her taped on our mailboxes!
