*Hello neighbours. I harvested a lot of garlic today and have quite a
bit more than we can use. So, if you are interested in some wet garlic
-- I have set aside 10 small bags -- 5 cloves to a bag -- for people to
try. Just wander over to 3835 Revelstoke It is a delicacy among foodies.

*Wet*(or green) *garlic*is freshly-harvested *garlic*that hasn't been
hung up to dry. It's sweeter, milder and less pungent than the usual
kind and is lovely sliced straight into salads.
