1. Xerxes Volunteers: Our Novice Representative and Volunteer Coordinator,
Blair Stein, has a message for the volunteers
for Xerxes:
So, you are part of the official volunteer list for the Xerxes High School
Debate tournament. This is really exciting! I'm just letting you know
how things are going to be working this weekend.
Friday, November 17th (that's tomorrow!) is the first day of the
tournament. All volunteers are required to sign in with me on the 3rd
floor of the Azrieli Theatre at 3:00 pm sharp. There will be a
registration table for debaters where you can find me.
Our headquarters will be the 'egg', the large theatre in the center of the
Tory Building. At 3:30 sharp there will be a short briefing for you,
where you can learn more about the jobs that you will be doing (judging,
running, etc). And we'll feed you, too!
