CU Debating Society: Dorchester Cup: Important Notice

If you are helping out at the Dorchester Cup, March 5-7, please be advised that there will be a judging seminar this Wednesday (Feb. 25) to train all volunteers and explain our judging policies. Carleton alumnist and Dorchester Chief Adjudicator, Allen Middlebro, will be giving the seminar. The seminar will take place during our regular meeting at 5:30pm in 411 Southam Hall. Attendance will be taken and judges who show up will get to judge better rounds during the tournament than those who don't. If you cannot make it, Mike Powell will be giving a makeup seminar during the Friday meeting at 2:30pm in 411 Southam Hall. If you cannot make that meeting either, please let us know ASAP at dorchester(a)carletondebate.org. If you have not signed up to volunteer, or have not confirmed your attendance at the tournament, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Marion Sandilands, at treblenoi(a)hotmail.com.
