*Xerxes: Judges Wanted*
We will be holding our annual high school tournament, the 2004
Xerxes Cup on November 19 - 20. If you are available either Friday
evening or Saturday during the day (or both), we could sure use your
help. We need judges and volunteers for this tournament. Also, no
experience is necessary for judging as we will teach you everything
you need to know.
Since participation in club activities is a deciding factor for
determining who we send to tournaments, this is a perfect
opportunity to help the club out.
If you can help out, contact the Xerxes Volunteer Coordinator, Josh
Prowse, at *sec.tres(a)carletondebate.org
<mailto:sec.tres@carletondebate.org>*, or the Xerxes Tournament
Director at *xerxes(a)carletondebate.org
<mailto:xerxes@carletondebate.org>*. For more information, see

*CUSID National Championships Team Selection*
This year, the CUSID English National Championships will be held in
Edmonton, Alberta, March 18 - 20, 2005. Because we need to book
plane tickets as early as possible, we will holding team selection
for this tournament this month. Details will be forthcoming, so
keep your eyes open for that.
If you would like to be considered for the tournament, contact the
VP Debate, Jessica Scorpio, at *vpdebate(a)carletondebate.org
<mailto:vpdebate@carletondebate.org>*.
