Debate: Upcoming tournament at UBC

Hi everyone, Parliamentary Championship. UBC will be hosting the World University Debating Championship (WUDC) next year, so this tournament is essentially a dry run for them. The quality of debating will undoubtedly be very high, with UBC reporting that there are "enough American teams interested to fill the entire tournament." The tournament will feature five rounds of British Parliamentary debate, with all rounds and resolutions according to the rules of the WUDC.
