Hello all, On November 21 and 22, 2003, the Carleton University Debating Society will be holding our annual Xerxes Cup High School Debating Tournament. It will be two days of debating for students from all over Ontario and Quebec and an excellent opportunity for all CUDS members to support their club! We are looking for people to be volunteers [running results, possibly driving to pick up food items, and other various jobs] as well as judges. Anyone, despite their debating experience [and remember, no experience is necessary!] can participate. If you’ve never debated before, this is a great opportunity to learn and for those seasoned debaters, it’s a great opportunity to work on judging skills.
