View Photos from This Weekend's Panda Debate
This weekend's annual Panda Debate between Carleton and the UofO was a tremendous
success. The University of Ottawa won a contentious final round. Ben Piper and Andrew
Christie, the government team representing Carleton, argued that the United States should
force Iraq to adopt a western-style government. View photos from the tournament are on
the CUDS gallery page.
Apply for McGill's Winter Carnival and Queen's North American Championships
CUDS is now accepting applications for those interested in attending McGill's Winter
Carnival (January 23-25) and the Queen's University-hosted North American
Championships (January 30-February 1). View the CUDS events calendar to see how these
tournaments fit into our plan for the remainder of the year (the plan is subject to change
should finances prove a constraint). As with all other tournaments this year, CUDS
members who attend are expected to pay $20 towards CUDS' costs. To express interest
in attending either tournament, post to the relevant thread on the CUDS forum.
